This is friendly and easy going house with a Double room to rent walking distance from canal side pub. shops and bus stop.
The bedroom is the master bedroom on first floor of the property with a view of the front garden.
There is Internet access (Wifi) which is included in the rent along with utility bills.
There is a good sized kitchen, living room, conservatory and bathroom which are all shared. There are gardens back and front....the back garden is a good size and private.....perfect for BBQ's!!
So who would you be living with.....My name is Sean I'm 41 and i work as a gas fitter. I'm sociable and enjoy good food and the 'occasional beer and I am pretty easy going!!
I enjoy sports and going out and would much rather be spending time with friends.. the house is clean and tidy but its a shared house so that means shared cleaning!! So someone who enjoys cleaning would be a real bonus...here's hoping :-)
I have one cat, eddie who is no trouble as long as he's fed and receives some occasional fuss!!
Okay so onto the serious issue of £££....rent is £350pcm with £300 deposit so £650 up front....I would need a months notice prior to you moving out and similarly would provide a months notice. so thanks for looking if your interested get in touch to arrange a look around!
