A lovely double room is available from 1 November in a friendly, well-kept house in Trentham/Hanford. I’m looking for a working professional to share the home with.

Trentham/Hanford is a popular, leafy part of Stoke-on-Trent with easy access to the A34 and the M6, and it’s close to Royal Stoke University Hospital and Trentham Gardens. It’s a good fit for healthcare staff and anyone commuting around the area.

Rent: £450 per month plus bills (bills include council tax)
Deposit: £500
Available from: 1 November
Minimum term: 6 months+ (up to discussion)
No maximum term
