Second is comfortable , located on the first floor with share bathroom for two tenants.
There are 4 rooms in the entire house.
This house is an attractive location, within about 5 minutes walk there are shopping centres and shops: ASDA, MATALAN, POUNDLAND and many more. Nice easy drive up the A500. Free parking is available on the road.
The price includes media, fast LILA internet and all bills.
The rooms are full furnished.
There is a shared kitchen and a shared living room for all 4 tenants. At the back exit there is a small garden where you can rest and sit on a bench.
