Double room available within a two bed flat (6in a block). Based in quiet residential area of Bannockburn, there is regular buses available 2 minutes walk away. 15mins into city centre. Parking available within the car park opposite the property.

The bedroom has a new double bed and mattress, mirrored double wardrobes, chest of drawers, oak stained original floorboards and views out onto the back garden.

There is secure back garden with patio to the rear which is a great sun trap for those lazy summer Sunday afternoons.

Although I don't have pets, I do love dogs and have a family full of them. There will be occasions where there is a doggy visitor or two. You must be ok with dogs visiting and possibly having the odd sleep over 😊
