Double room available for short-term lets

Hello!
I live in a flat close to the train station in Camelon with my cat and I am looking for a FEMALE flatmate.
I am looking for the right person to share my space with so the dates are quite flexible, so it would be perfect for someone here visiting, locum working or just moving to Scotland.
Camelon is between Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh, so the commute to all of them is very swift.
I work from home full-time, but try to be out and about during weekends to catch up with friends and go to a pub quiz or 2. I like a balance of social time and personal space so sometimes I might be in my room during the evenings after a very social day.
I have a cat who is the epitome
of my body my choice. Sometimes that means that she will lay right in your way and then be upset that someone dared to walk nearby her.

I will do a video call with suitable candidates to show the flat and chat about things, if you like the flat and we get along, only then I will arrange an in person meeting to see the flat.

This room is for females only, no couples.
