Looking for a housemate to share my place.
It’s a decent house but not perfect — currently getting some work done and has a lived-in feel rather than showroom vibes.
There's two rooms but i would probably take the smaller freeing up the bigger room (see what you prefer)
The smaller room has a single that turns into a proper double bed .

I’m a pretty chilled guy, smoke , and just looking for someone easy-going to share the space with. Ideally another male for the general vibe of the house but not a necessity
Have two dogs here but if you have a pet and they all get on then the more the merrier
