Spacious Double Room available, dates flexible

I have a double room available from the beginning of September, move-in date can be flexible for the right person.

The room is bright and sunny with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, a small book case and shelves. The is also a desk, not shown in the photos.

The flat is on the second floor with good views, there's on street parking, a shared communal garden and shed. It's a 5 minute walk from the train station and on all local bus routes.

I work from home so need the living room for weekday office hours. If I'm not working from home, there's a dining table in the living room window which makes a good work station.

I'm quiet living, and can only live with someone who's the same. This would be suitable for a professional or mature student. I'm friendly, and it matters to me that whoever I'm sharing with is happy living here. I appreciate straightforward communication, honesty and consideration re communal responsibilities.

Rent includes council tax, broadband and all bills. Well behaved pets can be considered, there is a piano, but I won't play whilst you're at home.
