A two-storey terraced house in Dunblane town centre with close proximity to the high street. A 5 minute walk from the train station and bus stops. Good transport links to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, and the University of Stirling. Public parking available at Dunblane Cathedral nearby. No garden, but plenty of parkland within a 5 minute walk.

The house is open-plan with two double bedrooms, a shared kitchen/dining/living area, a landing, and two shared toilets (one upstairs with a shower, one accessible toilet downstairs with a washer/dryer). The house is energy efficient (EER band B) and warm in the winter.

The room for rent is the master bedroom upstairs. It has a window and a skylight for plentiful light and ventilation. It has good storage capacity with a large wardrobe, 2 small cabinets, the boiler cupboard, and under-bed (ottoman) storage. It has a large computer desk with speakers and a double-monitor setup.

Conduct: I will be occupying the second bedroom as the live-in landlord. I am quiet and generally keep to myself, but can be more social (especially if we share a few hobbies!). Happy to discuss food/chores/housekeeping arrangements at any time. The house is well insulated but please be mindful of excessive noise for the benefit of our neighbours. Smoking: outside only. You’re welcome to invite short-term guests, and if needed the couch converts to sleep two.
