The room is within an old farmhouse just outside the picturesque village of Gartmore. (within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park).

You'll have use of your own bathroom, and shared use of large kitchen and separate living room. The downstairs living space is shared with Henry, a very friendly Bernese Mountain Dog, so you’d need to be comfortable with big dogs.

I work from home, and I need peace and quiet. I’m looking for someone clean and tidy who has a similar outlook to share this beautiful space.
I enjoy my solitude and I’m looking for a housemate who is equally happy to have a chat over a cuppa or share a meal, as they are to enjoy their own space.

With forest walks and cycle trails on the doorstep this is perfect if you love the outdoors and being surrounded by nature.

A short walk will take you into the village centre, which has a thriving community owned pub (The Black Bull Gartmore) and village hall which both host interesting events and activities.

There are good bus links to Stirling and Glasgow, and by car you can reach Glasgow in 40 mins and Stirling in 35 mins. The nearest village with shops, cafe’s, petrol station and a large supermarket is Aberfoyle which is approx 3 miles away.

There is ample parking plus cycle storage if required.

Rent includes Council Tax, WiFi and reasonable energy bills.
