Lovely double room available in a friendly home!

Dining Kitchen

Hey there,

This is a 3 bed semi detached house in a quiet area of Stirling. The city center can be reached either by foot or by bus. The University along with major cities across Scotland can be reached by different bus services with stops nearby the house, so getting around is fairly easy.

A double room will be available from mid January 2026 for £600, including bills, broadband, etc.

The room comes with pine furnishings including a double bed with matching bedside table, desk with a chair, a drawer chest with folding mirrors, a wardrobe plus a built-in wardrobe for additional space. The whole room has nice, warm atmosphere and faces the gardens, so really peaceful, quiet and most of the day is sunlit.

All of the bedrooms are at the upstairs. The living room with TV, a grand piano (and lots of other instruments), the bathroom (with jacuzzi bath) and the fully equipped dining kitchen are located on the ground floor. A door in the kitchen leads to the back garden with a bench on the patio and a BBQ area. At the rear of the garden we recently built a summer house, which hosts a gym and an infrared sauna to the wellness lovers. :-) Although the gym is still under development, everything already there can be used.

The entire house is well equipped and well maintained, and is in very good condition all around, always clean & tidy and a really friendly home!

Our house mates are usually Uni students or internship students from abroad, but whatever brings you here, you will be always welcomed! I consider ourselves as friendly, helpful and respectful of each other. Perhaps it's a peaceful house (no regular parties, etc.) and everyone have their own agenda and privacy, we're also happy to spend some time together, enjoy joint meals by time to time on cosy evenings. :-)
