The set up would suit Medical Students, Doctors, Nurses with long or short term placements at Forth Valley/Larbert Hospital as it is only a short 5min drive away (or 15min bus ride from the end of the street!)
Also a good option for Contract workers in and around the Grangemouth area as approx 10min drive away.
Larbert Train station & access to major motorways are only 5mins away.
There is a very good "corner" shop opposite the house and only a short walk to the local supermarket, Gym, coffee shop, Stenhousemuir Football Club if you want to take in a wee game! There are many local takeaways too,.
