I enjoy cooking and have a good-sized outdoor space with decking which means you can have a barbecue in the summer too.
There is an energertic but affectionate Italian Greyhound dog in the flat, so you would have to be OK with dogs. Noodle is pretty well-trained, super gentle & has a lovely temperament.
