Hello! I am moving out and looking for someone to take my place in a really lovely flat in the King’s Park neighbourhood of Stirling.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed & is fully furnished. You’d be living with one PhD student and one Post-Doc researcher. It’s a really calm, respectful household, and I am hoping to find someone who fits the vibe well to fill my space! We enjoy a mix of social time together (catching up in the kitchen, watching tv together) and having our own space. Bonus points if you like / play trad music!
Bills (wifi, gas, electric) range from approx. $30-80 per person in the summer to winter.
If you’re a professional, you’ll be liable for council tax as well.
I am moving out with my dog, so pets can be considered, per discretion of the landlady and the two current flatmates!
