Double Room in Stirling City Centre

Hi everyone! I will have a double room available in my 2 bedroom flat, available from beginning of September.

The flat is located on Friars Street in central Stirling, rent is currently £347.5pm per person £695 total, bills not included. Council tax is £220pm (£110 when split between 2 people), gas/electricity is roughly £60 (£30 split) in the summer and £120 (£60 split) in winter, wifi is £42, (£21 split)

About me! I am a 23 year old working professional based in a nearby council area for work but occasionally work from home. I love everything outdoors, coffee, reading, journaling, photography and music. I really value a friendly, clean, and peaceful home environment. I am looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and can enjoy a chat but also respects my need for space. I am also looking for another working female of similar age to me. For council tax reasons, I would prefer a someone who isn’t in uni.
