Looking for flatmates

Hi all,

I’m looking for a flatmate for a 3-bedroom flat in Stirling (FK8). The rent is £433 per month.

The flat is in a very convenient location, close to Tesco and around a 5-minute walk from Stirling train station. The property has a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, living room with sofa, and washing machine.

The room is available from 28th August 2026, with a minimum stay of 3 months.

This would be particularly suitable for a student graduating this September, as the other flatmate are also graduating in September, which means you won’t have to pay the full Council Tax for September on your own.

The household bills are approximately £189 per month in total and will be divided equally between all tenants. Wi-Fi is not currently included.
