Double Room available from Oct-end Feb

All bills are included in rent, which is due prior to move in (part-month) and subsequently on the first of each month. Rent for couples can be discussed on viewing.

My current flatmate and best pal is moving out, so I am looking to let the spare room for up to 6 months, though am happy to accept shorter tenancies

The flat is clean, smoke free and has its own private garden area with shed. There is space outside the flat to lock a bike up if you need to.

It’s 3 minutes walk from a bus stop that serves the University, Bridge of Allan, Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh and there is a wealth of parking available for cars. There’s also a lovely walk along the river towards Stirling that begins seconds from the front door.

I work from home for the NHS on Mondays and Thursdays, occasionally a Tuesday but rarely in the living room as I have a (tiny!) WFH office. Otherwise I like to keep busy and am out often at my partner’s in Edinburgh or thrashing around in cold water.

The flat is clean and kept tidy. I love cooking and the kitchen is well stocked.

I sometimes have friends over for dinner or board games and have no problem with you doing the same. Similarly, my partner will be a common sight in the flat, but she’s lovely (I’m totally not biased).

This let would suit postgrads and professionals, but I’m not closed off to anyone. I would expect your dishes to be done either at the end of the day or in the morning and the living room to be kept reasonably tidy please. If you enjoy films and music then extra points and if you have a well behaved and chill dog in tow I’ll even be open to dog sitting when needed. Please tell me a bit about yourself.
