Situated just off the A14 inbetween Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds.
Fully furnished with a double bed.
Bedding can be provided.
Large fitted walk in wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair, relaxing chair.
Microwave, kettle and toaster.
Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
cctv and alarm.
We are a very happy household.
Cleanliness, respect & honesty is vital. We treat you like family.
We have a wonderful dog, so must be an animal lover.
Smokers welcome, but no smoking in our home.

Working class / professional people preferred please.
House is in the sort over village of Barrow, has three convenient stores, fabulous take away, two pubs both serving amazing food, 24hr gym, post office, cafe, gun shop with attire for shooting and riding, village hall, garage, Drs and pharmacy. Several duck ponds with lots of ducks.
Regular buses to Bury St Edmunds and only a few miles from a mainline station.
Prefer Long term.
