Double room, Sudbury/Halstead, 30 mins to airport

Large, front house double room, well furnished, with parking and 2 mins from town centre. 7 minutes from Halstead and 15 mins from Braintree. Driveway, good size back garden backing onto fields and countryside landscape. Bus stop to towns directly opposite house.

Home: spacious, open plan, with large fireplace, good size kitchen and downstairs shower room/wc. Light dinning-room area and large living-room. Private, enclosed garden with shed and x1 converted outhouse - latter considered for guests of long-term lodgers only, at discretion of landlady.

Current occupants: landlady. Previous lodgers of 8 months to 5 years' duration. 1 dog.

House share would suit working person, off-site (ie not from home), and who has interests that aren't just screen related!. If you:

play or are learning a classical instrument,
are learning German, French, Spanish, Italian, a slavic language OR
are from of any of the above nationalities, Ukraine or other European country,
or have any engineering background or interests;
are also studying to be one of the professions eg dentist, law, medical, police, engineer etc,
..or really enjoy gardens/gardening or countryside,
our home may really suit you!

Please also be advised, that if you are not a 'dog-loving'..or even '-tolerating' human, it is possible you may not be entirely happy chez moi, because we have a medium sized, passionately, 'human-loving' dog - there are rules in place for the dog's behaviour and initial exuberance of meeting you will be 'contained'...but it is also part of the warm welcome and is unfortunately also a small behaviour 'weak-spot' ;-)

A new male professional will be joining the home in June and a 22 year old may also be here part-time from June or July. I hope this gives you some idea of our house-share.
