The house has a sunny patio and greenhouse where vaping/ smoking is ok. No smoking/vaping in house.
The historic village of Bungay is situated 2 mins away by car and bus stop to destinations including Norwich is 1 minute away from the house. The house backs onto a green field and there is a nearby late opening shop for milk etc. Landlady stays downstairs with dog. She keeps all communal areas clean. 90%previous renters have stayed happily here for years, although short term rents are also fine:)
