Charming room in a village location, 2 minutes walk from the station, on street parking, good bus links to Colchester and Sudbury.
The house is a 4 bed semi with one other occupant, me, but I'm away most of the time. You will share the kitchen, lounge, garden but will have your own bedroom and shower room. Your room has a double bed with a new mattress, dressing table and chair, single wardrobe. There's room for a chest of drawers and TV.
Local amenities include two pubs, a tea rooms and a corner shop. Lots of social groups and things to do, it's a great community if you want to join in.
All bills included, WiFi, various streaming services on TV. Washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and small air fryer available.
