It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom terraced house on Southgate Street with a lovely long garden for summer BBQ’s, room available from 24th August 2026, it’s offered furnished with a king size bed, mattress, triple wardrobe, bedside cabinet and built in storage cupboard. Furniture still in good condition. You will be sharing with a lovely professional 28 year old female. Current housemate leaving to move to Australia. It’s ideal in location and you can walk into town in 10-15 mins, you can also apply for a parking permit from the council to park on the street if you want to. It’s quite the girls house in decor and current housemate only wants to live with a female I’m afraid, no smokers, no pets, and current housemate has specified an age range between 25 - 38 (close to her own age). All major bills included, gas, electric, water, council tax & broadband. It’s a really pretty house with a lovely housemate you would be sharing with.
