5 days /nights Mon to Fri or Sun to Thurs

Weekdays Monday to Friday (or Sun to Thurs) to suit working days in Bury St Edmunds.

Double room, not used at weekends, access only for cleaning.

Linen, bedding and towels are provided. We provide a weekly linen change, vacuum and dusting for the room as well as a deep clean of the bathroom which is mainly used by you. Also we include your laundry on a weekly, or as needed basis, ready for your week ahead.
Ironing is not included but equipment is provided in the room.

Fibre Broadband all throughout.

Kitchen is fully equipped with airfryer, hob/ oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc.

Cleaning up after use of the kitchen and equipment, as well as spillages in shared areas is essential.

Smoking is not permitted in the house but there is a sheltered area in the garden. Free roadside parking (safe residential area) is always available.

This is the western part of town, near West Suffolk Hospital (20 mins walk, 3 mins drive), easy access to A14.
Walking distance to town center is approximately 20 mins, bus stop at 150 meters. One Stop shop, laundrette are approximately a five minutes walk, Tesco Express, Chippy, Post Office, Pub, Butchers, Coffee Shop are at 10 mins walk, West Suffolk college is approximately a 15 minute Walk.

We do have two dogs, due to start times of our respective occupations we tend to go to settle in our room not too late and the dogs are with us.

Both of us are full DBS clear.
