The room has a double bed, side tables, chest of draws and large walk-in wardrobe.
Great communal areas include large living room/diner, well equipped kitchen, bright conservatory, sunny patio garden and two bathrooms. The kitchen contains all white goods including a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor and all kitchen essentials. The main bathroom upstairs has a shower over the bath. The W/C downstairs has an additional shower cubical. Freshly painted and new carpets throughout.
Parking is available on the road, no permit required.
Looking for a like-minded professional to share with. Preferably 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday working pattern, but open to consider others.
