I’ve got a really lovely double room available in my Grade II listed apartment, right in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, on one of the most sought-after streets.

The room itself is light, airy, and very well presented, with its own ensuite and air-conditioning, so it stays comfortable all year round.

The whole apartment has a calm, clean, and grounded feel to it, something people always comment on when they come in.

I’m a life coach and breathwork practitioner, and I work both remotely and from a private therapy room within the apartment. It’s a respectful, peaceful environment, not a busy or disruptive space.

I split my time between here and my partner’s place during the week, so there are evenings where you’ll have the space to yourself.

I’m very easy going, don’t smoke or drink, and I keep the place clean, tidy, and well looked after. I take a lot of pride in my home, and I’m looking for someone who naturally lives in a similar way.

Due to co parenting and having my children every other weekend, I’m looking for a female lodger.

Parking is central-town style, so limited directly outside, but there is permit parking available nearby.
