We are looking for friendly, easy going and tidy working professionals who do not work from home as a rule.

They are nice quiet double rooms overlooking leafy gardens one side and Southgate Street the other. Both have two windows giving two views. The kitchen/hang out zone is shared only with the other lodgers. Both rooms are huge and much more than just a bedroom. They are on the top floors and there are 2 females already up there. One lodger and our daughter. Both the rooms and the kitchen are accessible without going through the main living areas or the main kitchen, so some mutual privacy is assured. Females will be preferred but not essential.

It is an impressive 3-storey period family house, in a quiet and desirable residential area of Southgate Street.

The house is ideally located just 15 minutes walk from both the Hospital and town centre. The walks are a choice of pretty urban streets or through the water meadows arriving at Abbey Gardens/Cathedral for town centre, or water meadows to the Hospital.

Parking permits can be arranged and there is plenty of room for bicycles.

We are a family of four and the top floor is seldom used by us, so it is quiet and tucked away from the rest of the house. These rooms will suit someone who enjoys a quiet and self-contained space.

Fast WiFi, central heating, council tax and electric are included. The washing machine is already in the kitchen.

The garden has many places to find a quiet spot.

You will find us friendly, informal and easy going.
