This is a Monday to Friday let's Only Double Room Basis with Ensuite!!

D/room and ensuite is £600 per month (Inclusive of ALL Bills Wifi)it is in a modern semi on the Moreton hall estate.(10 mins walk into BSE and only 5 mins to shopping/Dr/Hairdresser/beauty shop/cafe )

I am a medical professional of 65, who runs a busy surgery 3 days per week, and active the other 4 days with family friends and entertaining in my home, so would love someone to fit into my home, without too many difficulties.

I am very easygoing, but do like my home to be neat and tidy, and would like someone who is respectful of their surroundings!

There are no pets or children now, so this is a very quiet peaceful home to live in. Ideally suited to a professional person working full-time, but returns to his own home/family, during the weekends, someone that enjoys a bit of peace and quiet when he/she returns home from work like myself.
