I am a live in landlady with a spacious double room to let in Cavendish. Cavendish is a beautiful village 40 mins from Bury St Edmunds and 25 mins from Sudbury. It’s a rural location and you will need to drive. There are some buses but they only run to Bury during term time. I have put bills included but I think you will need to cover your own council tax. The room is tastefully furnished and freshly decorated. I have a beautiful south facing garden with countryside views. There is a bbq and fire pit you’re welcome to share. I am a working professional with the nhs and I am looking for a lodger who is also a professional. The shared spaces are kitchen/diner, bathroom, Living room and downstairs cloakroom. The room is fully furnished and I can provide a TV if wanted. I am looking for someone who is respectful of their home and cleans up after themself. Rent payable by standing order in advance.
