Both rooms offer double bed, wardrobe/chest of drawers; en-suite shower room/toilet; lounge area with armchair, table/desk and widescreen TV; kitchen corner with fridge, kettle and microwave. Both rooms are STRICTLY non-smoking.

High speed broadband, full electric heating, linen, cleaning and off-street parking all included.

Ideally located for driving to Ipswich, Stowmarket and Woodbridge with Bury St. Edmunds, Colchester and Eye within 30-40 minures and Sizewell/Leiston within 50 minutes.

Social club and thriving village shop within 5 minute walk. Very good village pubs /bars/ restaurants (great for evening meals) all within 10 – 20 minutes drive.

We live on-site in the main house and are a professional couple with a welcoming home- and dog (Sprocker Spaniel) - all very friendly and well behaved (that also includes us!).

The standard rate for Room 1 (first floor) and Room 2 (ground floor) is £620 per calendar month (for Monday to Friday) in advance.
