House with Double bedroom

Hello all,
I live at this property, It was originally me and a friend living her, we are both on the contract. My friend has now left to be with his partner and I continued to live here.

Garage (Not suitable for a car as its small)

Bathroom
Double room for new housemate
Spare room when I/ new housemate has guests over
The house has a very nice Landlord who is very friendly. New housemate will have to go through checks with the Landlords letting agent.
I am looking for someone to split all the bills with me, Rent, Water, Council tax. It comes to about £700 per person (Happy to show people costs of everything)
House is on Gas heating using gas bottles.
I am on Octopus Agile meaning the energy rates change every 30mins, this was to save money as I am work a lot of the time.
About myself, I'm easy to get along with. Calm, Motorcyclist, I like to Cycle, Walk, I work in IT Sector.
Many of my friends are in the LGBT category so if that makes you uncomfortable since they might come and stay, this is not the house for you.
I'm more of a chap who would say, meet up, see if you get on with me / the house then take it from there.

More then happy to go through any questions or such, Looking for a housemate to split bills and sometimes just chill with with my last housemate we used to go shopping together to save petrol or maybe go on a walk.
PLEASE NOTE: Bed in the double room is a fold up that is for the guest room.
The Double room is fully empty so you will need to provide your own Bed/ other furniture. Everything in the house belongs to me.
