Felixstowe Town Centre - delightful studio space on top (2nd) floor of a pleasant Victorian semi-detached house. Part of a clean, quiet home, within which you will have your own space and privacy.

Conveniently located moments from Felixstowe High Street, 5 mins walk from the beach, 8 mins walk from the train station and 2 mins to bus stops. Several gyms in the area and a local cinema. No off road parking but some parking is permitted in the streets around and two car parks are each only a 3 minute walk, offering free parking from 6pm to 8am and then a fee up to 10 hours or a monthly/annual season ticket.

This modern look studio space is offered to a single professional. It encompasses a kitchen/dining/living area with a separate bedroom space and en-suite. It is furnished, with use of a washing machine located on the ground floor in my kitchen.

I am a friendly creative professional, working part-time at a University and also from my home studio. I am looking for a likewise friendly person who will appreciate a quiet and pleasant atmosphere where consideration of each other is a core value.

Rent is inclusive of council tax, utilities (assuming similar to current energy usage) fast broadband, and cleaning is undertaken once a fortnight.
