Double Room available Monday night to Friday morning in a three bedroom flat 5 minutes from the sea, with a south facing balcony.

The room is east facing (so gets the morning sun) and is furnished with a (very comfortable) small double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and bookshelves. The chest of drawers can be substituted for a small desk if preferred.

There is a shared sitting room with many (art) books, a TV (with Netflix / Mubi and iPlayer) large dining table, sofa and coffee table. The shared kitchen has electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. And a table that seats three.

The bathroom has bath and over bath shower with basin, and separate WC with basin.

Rent includes bills, bed linen, towels, wifi.

Full time short lets for a specific period can be considered, so if you are looking for a fixed duration such as a house move, infrastructure project or a residency. Rent in these circumstances is £650 per month. This must be only for a specific term.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a queer female artist / lecturer, and my 9 year old rescue dog Nick (who is a sweetheart). However, during term time I am frequently away during the week as I teach in London. So you'd have the place to yourself quite often.

Please note there are quite a lot of stairs in the apartment, which is spread out over four levels.
