House share in the East Wing of our home

Our home - the bedrooms are to the far right on the 1st & 2nd floors with the lounge on the ground f

The bedroom is a double aspect double bedroom (16' x 10') with ensuite. This is on the first floor.

There is tastefully decorated double aspect lounge (16'x 16') available for shared use. This has a sofa, tv & stand, desk & chair and dining table and chairs. The light in this room is fabulous all day as the house is south facing, so it is bright all day.

Next to the lounge there is a kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, fridge / freezer, washer & dryer & other kitchen amenities.

Parking is available on the gated drive.

We have a large garden, over 1.5 acres, which you are welcome to use .

The entrance to the East Wing is through the side entrance.

We have two dogs and chickens. Finningham is a quiet village with a church and a pub and some shops & pubs within walking distance. Although there is a lot to get involved in socially if you are inclined.

We are looking for someone quiet, who doesn't work at home more than say a day a week. No couples.

Would do a reduced rent for a Monday to Friday let.
