Room in newly converted barn conversion

I am a retired lady living in rural Suffolk seeking a female only lodger. Ideally a professional person who is needing a friendly, quiet place to live. I am 71 but fit, healthy and due to divorce seeking a lodger to help with bills. The room is a good sized double in a newly converted barn, 50 yards down the drive from my daughter and son in law's house. There is a separate shower room and a shared bathroom so you can have your own bathroom if you prefer. I can also offer a separate lounge as well. All bills included and access to high speed broadband as well. Lots of easy parking. I am a friendly, talkative type, I go to yoga and various clubs and enjoy walking and gardening. Happy to share the kitchen and washing machine. Ideally someone who likes being rural, you must have a car as we are rural. We have 9 horses and my daughter has cats but none live with me. Someone quiet and tidy is my preference who works during the week. I have had lodgers before and ideally someone who likes rural living is best, we are a friendly family of three generations who live on site but only me in the barn conversion.
