This spacious room comes with all you need, fully furnished and has plenty of cupboard space for storage and also a double built in wardrobe and a TV.

The kitchen/dining area is a shared space by us all which is spacious and well equipped. I provide your own space within the fridge for your items.

The kitchen leads onto the large garden which your also welcome to make use of with two large decked areas as well as a large lawned area.

PLEASE NOTE The room is for sole occupancy only.

Cambridge bus route is close by allowing ease for transport to Cambridge and the Granta Science Park.
The local town is just a short 15 mins walk away and there are several supermarkets nearby Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi, Iceland and Lidl.
