The room is for single occupancy only, so no couples or friends sharing.

It’s a shared house - you plus 3 other rooms. One room is a couple.

There is one main bathroom and an additional toilet downstairs.

The kitchen is a good size and has a dining table and chairs in there, too. Gas hob and electric oven.

There is a regular cleaner.

Some bills are included - council tax, water WiFi and £50 per month paid by the landlord towards the gas and electric.

The remainder of the Gas and electric are shared between all tenants. This is on average £40-50 per month.

The bedroom is downstairs and includes a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
