It’s two rooms, so you have a bedroom and a living room.

There is a main bathroom which is shared between all housemates. And also a toilet with wash basin downstairs for shared use.

The kitchen has most things you need in it, and there is a well maintained garden for use in the summer months. You can keep a bike out there in the shed, too.

References will be required from a previous landlord and your current employer.
