Shared use of lounge, kitchen, downstairs toilet, bathroom (bath and separate power shower) with use of Gardern.
Other people in property is myself 31 year old male and my son who also lives in the property 3/4 days a week.
Ideally looking for a Sunday night - Thursday only lodger @ £120 per week or £150 for a full week.

All bills included (reasonable use)

I work nights so ideally somebody else who works nights or somebody who is out the house or quiet between Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7am-2pm.
