We are a very friendly professional couple (post doc scientist and research nurse) working at Cambridge Biomedical Campus, looking for a lodger to our newly built detached house at Haverhill. The property has 4 bedrooms. The room we offer is a furnished double room with a double bed and mattress, Ikea 3 door wardrobe, study table with chair and a bedside unit. There is a separate toilet with bath tub next to the bedroom. It remains for your private use unless we have guests/ visitors.

The kitchen and dining room will be shared with us. The kitchen is fully equipped for use. There is a utility room next to kitchen with a washing machine. We can also offer one car park space at the property.

The property is located at a brand new estate, which is very peaceful and calm. Walking distance to all the facilities like Tesco super store, Aldi, Lidl, home bargains, KFC, haverhill leisure center etc. There is a number 13 bus stop right in-front of the estate (100 m away) that connects to Cambridge.

The rent includes all the bill.
