Available is a double bedroom for single occupancy The room shares a bathroom with separate corner shower and toilet. With my son The room is recently decorated room with a double wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, double ottoman bed, bedside cabinet, and TV as pictured

The house is a large comfortable detached house, with good facilities it has: A large fully equipped kitchen breakfast room, with large fridge and freezer. a hob, double oven, microwave, etc
Lots of plates bowls cups and cutlery. It also has shared space, with a dinette area sofa and TV as well as breakfast bar/table where you can socialise & relax, whilst cooking if you want.

The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer, iron ironing board etc there is also a hoover available for cleaning your own room. We have a cleaner for the communal areas.

There is a patio area and a nice south facing garden, to sit in the grass is cut in spring/summer
