The room has it’s own full bathroom with bath, toilet basin and separate shower cubical. It has just been decorated and a new carpet fitted.

Lots of plates bowls cups and cutlery. It also has shared space, with a dinette area sofa and TV as well as breakfast bar/table where you can socialise & relax, whilst cooking if you want.

The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer, iron ironing board etc there is also a hoover available for cleaning your own room. We have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

There is a patio area and a nice south facing garden, to sit in the grass is kept cut in spring/summer
