The house is a shared house but it is where I live as the landlord. I have had lodgers for many years now. I am happy many people have called it home.
It is in a superb position on Hanchett village Haverhill. It is 20 mins from Cambridge and Saffron Walden 30 mins from Bury St Edmunds. 5 mins walk from Sainsbury's 20 mins walk from Haverhill town centre, with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gyms, sports centre and swimming pool, multiplex cinema, arts centre and golf course

Available is a nice double bedroom, for single occupancy It has a large cupboard/wardrobe double ottoman storage bed, and chest of drawers. It has space for a chair or desk or other piece of furniture if you have something to bring. The room has recently been decorated

The person will share the bathroom, with 2 other people. It has toilet, basin, walk in corner shower cubical and a separate bath.
There is a 2nd toilet downstairs to use.

The house is a large comfortable detached house, with good facilities it has: A large fully equipped kitchen breakfast room, with fridge & freezer a hob, double oven, microwave, etc
Lots of plates bowls cups and cutlery. It also has shared space, with a dinette and TV as well as breakfast bar/table where you can socialise & relax, whilst cooking if you want.

The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer, iron ironing board etc there is also a hoover available for cleaning your own room. We keep all communal areas clean.

There is a conservatory with comfy lazy boy recliner sofas to relax on .

There is a patio area and a nice south facing garden, to sit in a table and chairs for outside dining on the patio. the grass is kept cut in spring/summer
off street parking is available
