Three bedrooms available to rent individually in Honeysuckle Cottage, a beautifully renovated and extended three-bedroom Suffolk cottage in the quiet village of Holton, just outside Halesworth.

The rooms would be particularly suitable for Sizewell C and Sizewell B workers, contractors, engineers and other professionals working around Leiston, Saxmundham, Halesworth and the surrounding East Suffolk area.

I renovated and extended the cottage myself a few years ago, and a good friend of mine has been living there with his partner and child for the past three and a half years. They’re moving out at the end of November, so I’m now looking for three people who would like to share the house from December onwards.

Location

Holton is just outside Halesworth and conveniently located for people working around Halesworth, Saxmundham, Leiston and the Sizewell C construction project.

The property offers a quieter alternative to hotels and temporary contractor accommodation, particularly for those looking to settle somewhere comfortable for a longer period.

Availability and length of stay

All three rooms are available from 1 December 2026.

I’m ideally looking for people who would like to stay on a longer-term basis, rather than just a few weeks or months. There is no maximum length of stay, and I’d be very happy to find tenants who want to make the cottage their home for the foreseeable future.

Individuals are very welcome to enquire, as are colleagues or friends looking for rooms together.

The property is privately owned and managed, so you’ll be dealing directly with me rather than an agency.
