Large drive for parking

A double en suite bedroom available on first floor in a large, comfortable house overlooking a lovely big garden. Shared use of the kitchen, dining area living room and conservatory with one other lodger. Off street parking is available in the large drive in front of the house. There is a family member living at the property but they are away for the next 3 months.
I am advertising for a temporary lodger who is working and is happy to live in a large house. Someone who likes to keep the place tidy and clean. I live next door and I come over on a regular basis to ensure communal areas are tidy.
