A warm and inviting place to return to after a hard days work. previous tenants have stayed multiple years so I’d like to think it’s a nice place to live. A regular cleaner is hired and cleans all communal areas, not private rooms.

This would suit a mature professional who values a relaxed, respectful living environment rather than a busy house share. No overnight guests
