I am looking for 1 friendly, tidy and respectful lodger (no couples). The property is approx 5 mins walk from the Marina, university and local shops and park only around the corner.

The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and an exercise/quite room (which i'm happy for you to use), downstairs there's a bathroom (walk in shower), lounge, dining room, kitchen utility room and a garden with seating and patio area. All living spaces in the house are communal i want you to feel at home in the lounge/dinning room/kitchen or Garden.

I live alone in the property, i'm a sociable person but also respect privacy. I enjoy to cook and be outdoors, i cycle regularly and enjoy going of for dinner and seeing friends and family so on occasions you will have the house to yourself.

The room has a double bed, free standing treble wardrobe, bookshelf with drawers and bedside table. You will have your own fridge and cupboards in the kitchen that you can fill with what you like.
