A two-minute walk from the popular Alexandra Park, the property is a short walk from the popular marina area and also the town centre. Grove Lane is on the 66 Bus Route so ideal for BT and hospital workers. Ipswich Hospital is just over a mile away (25 minute walk) and Ipswich Rail Station is also just over a mile away in the opposite direction (a 26 minute walk).
