What I’m looking for: Ideally a professional tenant or postgrad student. Looking for someone friendly who is happy to share a beer or chat after work, but also respectful of each other’s space.

The Flat: Room available is large double room . Currently furnished with bed, wardrobe, work space and TV. You will have your own privet bathroom.

There’s big living room with 75inch TV and kitchen and outside space covered courtyard and upper yard with seating. Kitchen well equipped (dishwasher, air fryer etc).

The Thing About Your Housemate
You'll only be sharing with one other person. He works in healthcare and stays overnight at work once a week. Honestly, he barely uses the living room and only pops into the kitchen about once a week. Most of the time you'll feel like you've got the flat to yourself, which is brilliant if you want to settle down without feeling like you're living in a house share.

Location
Really handy spot - train station is about 10 minutes walk away. M&S, the cinema and gym are all basically 3 minutes from here.

About Me
I'm moving out in August with my dogs, so this is going to be your space. I'm pretty easygoing and don't make a fuss about things. All I ask is that you respect the flat, reapect the neighbours, keep on top of cleaning as you go, and tell me if there's any problems.
