Before You Move In

For everyone's peace of mind, the successful applicant will be asked to provide:

• Right to Rent documentation (where required)

The room is offered under a Lodger Licence Agreement within an owner-occupied home. A security deposit, signed inventory and licence agreement will be required before moving in.
