A double room with ensuite is available from mid/late November in our lovely apartment at Ipswich Marina.

There’s a private balcony with views across the marina and Ipswich town, plus plenty of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby. Ipswich station is around a 15-minute walk.

£950 pcm including all bills.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference, and comes with a large wardrobe already provided. There is also a parking space available in the car stacker if required.

I work from home running my own business and live here with my fiancé. The living and dining areas are shared.

We’re looking for someone who is professional, non-smoking, clean, considerate and easy-going.
