The house is a lived-in family home with a friendly, informal atmosphere. I’m particularly keen to find someone who would feel at home here rather than simply renting a room.

Ideally suited to an older working woman, someone approaching retirement or a retired woman looking for comfortable, affordable accommodation. The house is on the bus route to Ipswich hospital.
