The main kitchen is larger than average for a house share of this size and has a table for 6, which is great for chatting over coffee or pizza, and a large range style gas cooker. The house is ideally situated close to the town centre, just up from the cross roads of Valley Road and Norwich Road. The bus stop into town is opposite the house, where Ipswich Buses run services 9, 10 and 19 to and from the town centre. The service runs every 10 minutes between 6. 30am and 6. 30pm, then every 30 minutes until 11.00pm.
It's then easy to get to the main bus station in town.

Ipswich has its main railway station on Burrell Road, a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, or a short bus or taxi ride away.
The station is on the InterCity main line to London, and has 3 direct services per hour running to the capital Monday - Saturday daytimes taking just over an hour to reach Liverpool Street station. There are also direct links to Colchester, Stratford, Bury St. Edmunds, Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough, Norwich, Felixstowe, Lowestoft and a large number of other places.
It takes just under 10 minutes to get to the A12/14, which is about 4 miles away.

Ipswich is the county town of Suffolk and is packed with shops, restaurants, cosy bistros, pubs and clubs. The Cardinal Park leisure complex provides a multiplex cinema, restaurants and nightclubs.
There are three theatres in Ipswich. The newly renovated Wolsey Theatre is leading the way by offering a range of contemporary and modern adventurous productions. The smaller Sir John Mills Theatre offers an eclectic selection of amateur and professional productions. There is also the Regent Theatre which offers major touring acts, both in drama and music.
