Close walking distance from/to Ipswich railway station and the centre of town, with easy access to the A12 & A14.

Open plan lounge/snug/kitchen area and whilst the main bathroom is shared, I have my own en-suite so rarely use it.

All bills and high speed internet are included. The rent reflects the mid-week only arrangement and is set accordingly.

Weeknights only (Monday midday – Friday midday), so ideally suits a professional working in the Ipswich area who wants a quiet, comfortable base during the week and has a registered home address elsewhere in the UK for weekends.

The flat is quiet, clean and well-kept, and tends to suit someone working away from home during the week who is looking for a comfortable base rather than a full-time residence.

Having experienced house sharing myself in the past, I like to think I’m offering a friendly and comfortable atmosphere to suit any age range.
